This month you can chant along to the Heart Chant inspired by a travelling mystic, who said “Do not leave the land of your heart”. We can think of ourselves in everyday life travelling on the earth and keeping a reminder in our hearts of our spiritual inheritance. In each moment we are more true to ourselves if we are staying conscious of our hearts.
